Yes, within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be via registered mail. Please see Terms & Conditions for more info. Understandably, though, we don't accept returns or exchanges on any customized jewelry.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Love Charlie is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Love Charlie to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

Should Love Charlie be mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This requires payment immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Love Charlie is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Cleaning your jewelry is simple and can be done naturally with products around your house.

10K & 14K Solid Gold: Mix a few drops of dish soap with warm water and soak your pieces for 15-20 mins. For a deeper clean, gently use a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a microfibre cloth.

Sterling Silver: Create a paste by mixing equal parts baking soda and warm water in a bowl. Run your piece back and forth in the solution, or use a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and dry with a microfibre cloth.

For an optimal shine, use a polishing cloth on your Love Charlie pieces.
