WEAR & CARE
Our pieces are delicate and should be removed before working out & playing sports. Be sure to remove jewelry before sleeping, and while applying perfumes, oils and creams.

Cleaning your jewelry is simple and can be done naturally with products around your house.

• 10K & 14K Solid Gold: Mix a few drops of dish soap with warm water & soak your pieces for 15-20 mins. For a deeper clean, use a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and dry with a microfibre cloth.
• Sterling Silver: Mix equal parts baking soda & warm water in a bowl. Run your piece back and forth in the solution, or use a soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and dry with a microfibre cloth. 
• Store all of your jewelry separately in a pouch or air tight plastic bag. 

SHIPPING & TRACKING
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.

RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days of receiving your package and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging to receive a refund. Contact info@lovecharliejewelry.com to begin your return.
